From 22:45 until the end of service, accessible buses replace trains between Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells / Wadhurst. Additional trains will run from Wadhurst to Hastings.

From 00:15 until the end of service, accessible buses replace trains between Lewisham and Gravesend via Sidcup. Trains will be diverted via an alternative route calling at all stations between Lewisham and Dartford via Bexleyheath.
The 00:25 London Victoria to Ashford International service will leave London Victoria later at 00:42 and after Bromley South will call at Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Headcorn and Ashford International.

The 00:40 London Victoria to Gillingham service will run be diverted and run non-stop between London Victoria and Rochester. You can use the 00:42 London Victoria to Ashford International train at no extra cost, and change at Bromley South to connect with accessible buses running between:
The 04:23 Swanley to London Victoria train will start from Orpington at 04:26. An accessible bus will leave Swanley at 03:44, calling at St Mary Cray and Bickley to connect with the train at Bromley South.
